Air-Tec has a vacancy in Johannesburg
The candidate must be able to fulfil the following job description:
• Processing and reconciling of Supplier Accounts
• EFT Requisitions for Supplier payments & loading/releasing of payments
• Processing and reconciling of Cash book
• Keeping and handling of ZAR Petty Cash and USD Float
• Processing and reconciling of ZAR Petty Cash and USD Float
• Keeping Fixed Asset Register up to date, monthly calculation and processing of depreciation
• Monthly invoices
• Compiling of monthly Management Accounts & GL Recons
• Processing of VAT entries and submitting of VAT Returns
• Processing and paying of Salaries
• Processing and submission of PAYE returns
• Processing and submission of IRP5 returns, interim and annually
• Submission of Income Tax Return after Audited Financial Statements are drawn up
• Checking and processing of Base Float Recons
• Renewal of the subscriptions for different bases - every 3 months
• Request and payment of Invoices
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Degree in accounting with articles
• 3 years experience
